The Employee Health Center, located at 432 E. Washington St. Suite 1115, is a full-service medical center managed by Froedtert & Medical College of WI. The Employee Health Center provides Washington County and City of West Bend employees, retirees and their families exclusive access to convenient, high-quality health care. Those enrolled in the medical plan are eligible to use the Employee Health Center.
Our provider at the Employee Health Center is dedicated to taking care of the whole you. You can utilize the Employee Health Center for acute or chronic care management, as well as physicals, immunizations, primary care and more. You’ll experience more time with your provider, greater convenience, all at a reduced health care cost.

Hours for the Employee Health Center are:
- Closed daily between 11:30 a.m. – 12 p.m.
- Monday & Wednesday: 8 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
- Tuesday & Thursday: 9 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.
- Friday: 7 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.
