We encourage you to take the Vitality Health Review (VHR) to calculate your Vitality Age so that you can quickly earn Vitality Points, improve your Vitality Status, and start earning rewards. Please note that Vitality is completely confidential and will never share your personal health information with your employer or anyone else.
Vitality Points and Status
When you engage in Vitality health-related activities, you will earn Vitality Points. Vitality rewards a wide selection of activities such as:
- Participating in online nutrition courses
- Setting your own health goal
- Exercising at the gym
- Linking a fitness device to Vitality
- Receiving medical screenings
- And more!
As you earn more Vitality Points, you also increase your Vitality Status. Upon becoming a registered Vitality member and completing your VHR, you achieve a Bronze Vitality Status. As you earn more Vitality Points, you increase your Vitality Status as follows:
- 0 pts – Bronze Status
- 2,500 pts – Silver Status
- 6,000 pts – Gold Status
- 10,000 pts – Platinum Status
