Vitality Points and Status
When you engage in Vitality health-related activities, you will earn Vitality Points. Vitality rewards a wide selection of activities such as:
- Participating in online nutrition courses
- Setting your own health goal
- Exercising at the gym
- Linking a fitness device to Vitality
- Receiving medical screenings
- And more!
As you earn more Vitality Points, you also increase your Vitality Status. Upon becoming a registered Vitality member and completing your VHR, you achieve a Bronze Vitality Status. As you earn more Vitality Points, you increase your Vitality Status as follows:
- 0 pts – Bronze Status
- 2,500 pts – Silver Status
- 6,000 pts – Gold Status
- 10,000 pts – Platinum Status

Vitality Wellness Program Incentives
By earning Vitality Wellness Points, you can earn discounts on your health insurance premiums and earn additional HSA contributions. Once you complete the three-part wellness screening, you will receive the Bronze Level HSA contributions. As you continue to earn more Vitality Points and increase your levels, you can earn more HSA contributions and also medical premium reductions.
